How do you stay active?
I go to the gym as much as
possible. I love to walk, too. I
would love to
get back into
dancing as I did
it for 16 years
growing up, but
I don’t know if I
can fit it into my
busy schedule
at the minute!

What do
you love
most about
yourself?
Maybe my legs, as they’re
pretty long. Otherwise I like
how much love I have in my
heart for so many people in
my life.

Who gives you the best
fitness advice?
Fitness instructors and, as a
family, we discuss fitness
a lot so probably my
siblings, Mark, Natalya
and Josh.

Do you and Natalya
ever work out
together?
Yes, nearly every
day we can. We’ll
do classes together
or do a body
workout together
in the gym.
Natalya is my
best friend as well
as my sister, and
I love spending
time with her
whenever I can.

What music do you
listen to when you
are working out?
Anything motivating
and up-tempo to get
me in the mood.

Who do you tend to
eat dinner with?
Family, myself, my
boyfriend or my dog!

What’s your signature dish?
Spaghetti Bolognese.
Especially for my boyfriend,
William
[Lee-Kemp, a
businessman].
Men always
love it!

Which women
do you find
inspiring?
Blake Lively for
her timeless
fashion looks.
Victoria
Beckham for
her entrepreneurial attitude
and dedication to fashion.
And Michelle Obama for
going against all the rules and
speaking from the heart.

Does being in the public eye
dictate how you look?
Absolutely. Although I have
always taken care of my
body and looks so I guess
it’s just a bit more pressure
as people are always
watching you.

What made you
partner with
fashion label
Sistaglam?
I still pinch
myself when I
remember I’ve
had a clothing
collaboration for
eight years. Their
ideas for dresses are
exactly what I love to
wear so it seemed the
perfect fit.

Who is the Sistaglam
collection aimed at?
Real women, which in
my opinion is all females!
Any shape or size, our range
is for you. I have curves so
it’s important that I create
clothes fit for all different
shapes. But also slimmer girls,
younger teenagers and more
mature women. OK!
