“There’s a lot of light in this magical,

spacious unit and it was appealing be-

cause it offers good photographic oppor-

tunities with the view,” says Sergio Aqui-

no,CEOofLushakaInvestmentsand

developer of the apartment complex.

“It’s also great that she’ll be living in the

middle of the financial capital of Africa.”

He’s confident the flat, which is worth

R5 million to purchase and about

R42 000 a month as a furnished rental, is

a place fit for SA’s beauty royalty.
