was running wild as I studied the
map of Australia and traced the
Great Northern Highway from
Perth to Wyndham, a distance of
3200km. Working away quietly,
transporting cattle and sheep
within close proximity to Perth, I
finally got the call to deliver a new
Kenworth C509 to Wyndham.

Two flat trailers
As previously noted, my
employer is engaged in
everything from mining and
livestock haulage to mineral
transport and fuel haulage. The
plan was to load two flat trailers
with bagged cattle feed for a
livestock export depot in Broome
