back and take in the sights and sounds of this
little woodland. The beech trees were just
beginning to show signs of sprouting, the
bluebells would create an aromatic carpet over
the next couple of weeks, and the sunlight
would struggle to pierce the upper canopy of
the magnificent, tall beech trees. I just sit
back, close my eyes and take it all in; the
clean fresh air, woodpeckers gently tapping,
blackbirds and thrushes competing in song
with the backing of the smaller songbirds, and
The eyes have it.Confidently feeding- just be patient.
