ermosa Cove is the hidden gem just outside the bustling seaside
town of Ocho Rios. A popular retreat for musicians, artists, writers
and other creative folk, Hermosa Cove is a collection of unique,
handcrafted Jamaican villas that are both art in themselves and also a
mechanism for displaying art.

Each villa is organically constructed to best suit the location and ambiance
of its environment. The carved wood and natural limestone structures kiss
the tropical canopy from below. Looking out the window of each unique
villa, a blanket of blue skies dive into the sparkling turquoise sea, leaving
any guest feeling as if they’ve fallen into the fabric of a priceless painting.
It is a masterpiece so infused with love for the land and reverence for the
environment.

Hermosa Cove was carefully carved out of 12-acres of untamed Jamaican
forest by Texan owners Clayton and Deb Korver. Clayton is a retired CEO and
art collector who sharpened his machete and got to work sculpting his dream
resort from the fertile Jamaican soil, one villa at a time.

Recently, Jamaican entrepreneur, John Bailey acquired two villas at Hermosa
Cove. “I saw something special in Hermosa Cove and I knew I had to be a
part of it.” Mr. Bailey has totally redesigned both villas while keeping in mind
the artistic integrity of the larger resort. He has outfitted the villas with every
modern convenience to make guests feel spoiled on every level. Bailey looks
forward to placing these villas on the luxury rental market soon.

Those who are gluttons for pristine white sand and heavy, warm sunshine,
need look no further than Cove Beach. This natural cove is shielded by lush
forest, providing maximum privacy and unbridled protection from those
who seek to leave (geological) footprints in the sand. From the two stone
piers flanking Christopher’s Beach, one can be transformed from peaceful
observer into avid explorer at no extra cost. Kayaking, snorkeling and offshore
adventures await below in the Caribbean Sea.
