Brief us about your offerings.
We export granite, marble, quartz and semi-
precious gemstones from India. Though our
extended outreach globally, we source and
export a wide range of stones from granite,
marble, quartz, onyx, semi-precious gemstone,
mosaic, etc. The company has distribution
facility houses as well as a fully integrated
fabrication unit for custom cut pieces done
at the warehouse.


How are your products making construction
more sustainable?
Conventionally, many construction projects
use stone for flooring and cladding as it has
long-lasting life. However, once the stone is
laid, it is difficult to do any kind of renovation


as it is a clumsy job involving a lot of effort.
Henceforth, our products are natural and
have beautiful aesthetics which when used on
any surface last a very long time.

What are the major challenges that the
industry is currently facing?
To my mind, the industry is facing challenges
internally as well as externally. The internal
threat being not thinking out of the box to
improve the quality and safety standards,
working passionately thus making it hard to
deliver choice to the customer that limits the
explosion of natural stone and other products.
The external challenges include unavailability
of support services like skilled labour and
organised transportation facility. Adding
to this, the need of the hour is to make
the whole experience of customer service
extremely professional and pleasurable rather
than being one of that adds to trouble and
miseries of the customer.

What makes your products different from
the ones available in the market?

Our warehouse of 10,000 sq. ft. houses a wide
range of handpicked stones such as granite,
marble, quartz, mosaic, semi-precious stones,
most of which are totally unknown to the
customer. We prioritise quality, international
standard of operation and understand the
needs of the customer.

Please discuss your plans for financial year
2019-20.
We have started the domestic (India) sales in
the month of March 2019. In this financial
year; we expect domestic (India) sales to jump
in a strong and positive way. This will set up
the foundation for a strong growth in our
overall company’s turnover.

The need of the hour is to make the whole experience of customer
service extremely professional and pleasurable rather than being
one of that adds to trouble and miseries of the customer.
