500ghotsmokedsalmonfillet,
flaked
2 tablespoons sesame seeds,
toasted


DRESSING
¼cup(70g)hoisinsauce
2 tablespoonslimejuice
1 teaspoonsesameoil
1 tablespoonfishsauce
1 teaspoon sugar


1 Makedressing.
2 Combinevegetablesandcoriander
ina largemixingbowl;addhalfthe
dressingandtosstocombine.
3 Arrangesaladona servingplatter.
Topwithsalmonandsesameseeds.
Drizzle with remaining dressing.
