toa yearinthefridge.

GRILLEDMISOPORKCUTLETS
Marinate4 porkcutletsincombined
1 crushedgarlicclove,2cmpiece
freshginger,gratedfinely,2 finely
choppedgreenonions,2 tablespoon
soysauce,2 tablespoonssake,
2 tablespoonsmirinand
2 tablespoonswhitemisopaste.
Char-grillfor3 minuteseachside
or until cooked to your liking.

SPEEDYMISODIPPINGSAUCE
Ina smallbowlcombine1 tablespoon
whitemisopaste,1 tablespoon
Japanesesoysauce,1 tablespoon
limejuice,1 thinlyslicedgreen
onionand2 tablespoonswater.
Useasa dipping sauce for vegetable
gow gees.

CREAMYCARROT& MISODIP
Ina foodprocessorblend2 medium
carrots,choppedcoarsely,1 small
clovegarlic,chopped,1 medium
shallot(25g),choppedcoarsely,
2 tablespoonswhitemisopaste,
¼cup(60)vegetableoil,2 teaspoons
sesameoil,2 tablespoonsricewine
vinegarand1 tablespoonwateruntil
smooth.Servesprinkledwithblack
sesameseedsandaccompaniedwith
mountain bread crisps to serve.
