Spoonmixtureintoholes;topwithrhubarb.Bake
as directed; cool. Sprinkle with raw sugar.

MIXEDBERRY
Spoonmixtureintoholes;topwith100gfresh
orfrozenmixedberries(suchasstrawberries,
blueberries, blackberries, raspberries). Bake.

LEMON CURD
Stir2 teaspoonsfinelygratedlemonrindinto
mixture.Brushbakedfriandswith¼cuplemon
curd. Cool. Serve topped with extra curd.

CITRUS& POPPYSEED
Stir2 teaspoonsfinelygratedlemonororangerind
(ormixofboth)and1 tablespoonpoppyseedsinto
mixture. Spoon into holes; bake as directed.
