Space,lightandsimplicitycharacterises

“It’saverydifferentwayofdecorating,”

saysLouise.“Theydon’tdocarpet,but

underfloorheatinganddouble-glazed

windowsensurethatroomsneitherlooknor

feelcold.”

Asthedayslengthenandthetemperature

risesashighas 30 °C,lifemovesoutside,

where,saysLouise,“theyspendalotof

moneyontheiroutdoorfurniture,andthey

willchangeaccessorieswiththeseasons

“ChairsarelinedwithGottlandfursor

sheepskins,andeveryonesitsoutlateat

night.”Andifitgetscold?“Moreblankets!”
