METHOD



  • Puttheoilinafryingpan,addthegarlic
    andchilliflakesandfryoveramedium
    heatfortwotothreeminutes.

  • Addtheprawnsandcook,stirring,fortwo
    tothreeminutesuntiltheyturnpink.

  • Increasetheheat,pourinthewineand
    allowtobubbleforoneminutesothatthe
    alcoholevaporates.

  • Sprinkletheprawnswiththechopped
    parsley,thentumblethemintoalarge
    servingdish.

  • Servewithcrustybreadtomopupallthe
    lovelyjuices.
