It’s easy to transform lollipops into favors that
double as decor, says party pro Annaliese
Johnson (MadeOfSugarAndSpice.com). To
make flamingos: Hot-glue a scrap of black
paper to one end of a 4" pink pipe cleaner to
make a beak. Let dry. Curve into an S; tape to
the back of a wrapped pink Swirl Lolli pop ($10
for 24, OrientalTrading.com). For pineapples:
Stick googly eyes to a wrapped yellow lollipop,
then cut out a leaf from green paper; tape to
the back of the pop. Display in candle holders.

“Table decorations don’t have to be expensive,”
says Johnson. Just cover a table with a runner
made of wrapping paper and top with paper
plates in fun patterns. The finishing touch?
Place cards made from scrapbook paper!
Wow with a bold buffet
No one can resist a fun treats table!
To get the look of this setup, created
by Johnson, tape neutral gift wrap
to an outside wall. Then tie multi-
colored balloons to a length of string
to create a garland and tape around
the paper backdrop. Next, press
flamingo lawn ornaments into sand-
filled buckets. Finally, tape faux palm
leaves to the garland and table and
top the table with treats!
