CREAMY AND LUSCIOUS


Aloe vera


Since the healing aloe vera
gel is tasteless, the honey and
lime juice in this variation lend
it an interesting texture.
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup fresh aloe vera pulp
2 cups fresh yoghurt
1 tbsp lime juice
Black salt powder, to taste
3 tbsp honey
6 ice cubes
5 mint leaves
½ tbsp crushed cashew nut
½ tbsp crushed pistachios
For the garnish:
Crushed nuts
Aloe vera slices

METHOD


  1. Place all the ingredients in
    a mixer and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into tall glasses.

  3. Garnish with crushed nuts
    and aloe vera slices.

Pomegranate,
pineapple and
cucumber

The tanginess of pineapple,
nutritional value of cucumber,
and the balance of sweet and
tart in pomegranate come
together to make this drink
a heavenly option.

INGREDIENTS
1 pineapple, sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 cucumber, sliced
2 cups fresh yoghurt
6 ice cubes

For the garnish:
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Edible flowers
METHOD


  1. Place the pineapple slices
    on an oven tray and sprinkle
    the sugar over. Bake in
    a preheated oven until the
    sugar melts. Cool the slices
    completely.

  2. Blend the baked pineapple,
    cucumber, yoghurt, and ice
    cubes until smooth.

  3. Pour into tall glasses and
    garnish with the pomegranate
    seeds and edible flowers.
