only factory-

style chrome-

finish sill

plates

were

avail-

able. Each

plate features a

baked-on powdercoating, which pro-

vides a smooth, even finish and supe-

rior durability. The “Body By Fisher”

insignias are also included. A pair of

sill plates are available for $159.95.

“These sill plates give our customers

even more opportunity to make their

cars stand out,” said Justin Cote, vice

president of Dixie Restoration Depot.

“They look especially good on 1978–

1988 Monte Carlo SS models, which

had factory black body moldings

instead of chrome.”
