“In spite of its size, we
never thought of 601 Mountain as a man-
sion, but more as aranch house,”Mr. Mar-
tin’s son wrote. “In spite of thecelebrity cir-
cle thatswirled aroundmy father and
mother, the heart and soul of our house
were shielded from the glare of Hollywood.”
The Martins bought the homefor
$120,000, according to Ricci Martin’s book, which
was co-written with ChristopherSmith. Itremained
their homefor abouttwodecades.

Glazer and his wife Diane Glazer. Mr.

real estate, and developed the Del Amo
Fashion Center inTorrance, Calif., one of
the country’s largest malls. He died in 2014, and Ms.
Glazer died in April 2019, Mr. Hyland said.
The Mountain Drive house,completed in 1995,re-
placed a propertyformerlyowned by Mr. Martin.
Mr. Martin and his second wifeJeanne Martin
