Renaissance Hotels recently partnered with New
York Magazine on a program to discover the best
of Chelsea’s neighborhood food and design. The
program kicked off at New York Ta s te , New York’s
signature culinary tasting event, and followed up
the next night with a Chelsea-based art tour led
by the Pulitzer Prize-winning art critic, Jerry Saltz.
After getting an intimate peek inside three
galleries in the neighborhood including Mitchell-
Innes & Nash, Gagosian, and Hauser & Wirth, the
group ended the night at Chama Mama, a
featured restaurant at New York Taste, for an
elaborate Georgian feast.
