hub. The trees are from a USA mob called Mullins
Chain Drive who also supplied the kicker pedal.
The visual highlight of the front-end, however,
has got to be those shaved and ribbed lower fork
legs which tie in beautifully with the same treatment
given to the footpegs and brake pedal.
The two gallon fuel tank has been Frisco mounted
and wears a Prism Supply petcock, which is what the
Yanks call the fuel tap.
Choosing this tank for the build adds a major styling
feature, as does the Paughco oil tank. Now, for any
aspiring chopper builders out there, you should know
that Paughco makes a whole range of oil tanks that
mostly come with filler cap, oil line fittings and oil
filter, along with hundreds of other well-engineeredold-school items. The old-school theme is further
enhanced with the small headlight and the After
Hours Choppers Ripple taillight, which is one of
their Nipple series.
The King and Queen seat base was built by B-NM,
and was then handed over to Weirdo Upholstery who
have done a bang-up job.
Studies show that seven out of 10 people name
blue as their favourite colour, and the particular shade
chosen for this built is stunning, and is described
as “Blue with Roxy effect and airbrushing by Jamie
Simmons.” Well it certainly grabs me.
Well done to Sean and the boys for fabricating
such a unique ride, so true to the roots of chopper
