15Wyatt’s world is rocked after learning
the truth about Beth. “Flo didn’t do the
right thing in order not to hurt others, but
that’s exactly what has happened,” sighs
portrayer Katrina Bowden. “Nothing was
done maliciously, but now that she is finally
free of this terrible secret and now that Wyatt
knows, she’s hoping that somehow they can
get past it. She doesn’t expect sympathy, but
she hopes that in some way he can see how
much of a struggle this was for her.”
Wyatt does not see things from Flo’s
point of view and dumps her. “In the scenes
where she’s telling Wyatt her story, Flo
makes it clear that none of this is an excuse,
but she was hoping maybe he might pos-
sibly empathize even just a little bit with her
predicament,” notes Bowden. “But she also
knows that he’s a stand-up guy. That’s one
of the reasons Flo fell in love with Wyatt all
over again. And she knew that he broke up
with Sally for keeping a secret that was way
less damaging so, she did expect it — and
now she has to live with it.”Tony issues a warning to Brady, which
sends up red flags. “Tony asks him to
walk cautiously through his relationship
with Nicole,” says Eric Martsolf (Brady).
“There’s no real reason Tony would ask
Brady to do that unless he had some vested
interest in it. Brady knows something is up.
He just can’t put his finger on it.”
“Nicole” interrupts, asks Tony to leave
her alone with Brady, and reveals the reason
behind her hasty marriage. “Kristen/Nicole
convinces Brady that this is all part of a ruse,”
explains Martsolf. “The intention is to gain
control of DiMera again; use the family name
to take the power away from Gabi.”
“Nicole” admits she’s frustrated her mar-
riage didn’t result in her endgame, prompting
Brady to reveal Gabi kicked Stefan to the curb
— a scheme he inspired. While “Nicole’s”
hopeful she can outwit Gabi, she swears it
won’t mean anything without Brady by her
side. “She’s coming full speed at Brady, pour-
ing on the charm and the seduction,” notes
Martsolf. “It leads Brady to finally give in. He
succumbs to her feminine wiles.” And Brady
and “Nicole” make love.What
