An eyewitness says she was at a friend’s house. A man came

out at one point and put a Butter Chardonnay wine box into the trunk

(inset). “It’s unknown what was in the box, but if it was alcohol, that’s

worrisome, because Ben recently went to rehab for alcohol,” says a

source. The Justice League

actor, 46, has been to rehab three times.

After his latest stint last October, he posted an emotional note on

Instagram, sharing, “This week I completed a 40-day stay at a

treatment center for alcohol addiction and

remain in outpatient care. Battling

any addiction is a lifelong and

difficult struggle.” Matt, 48, was

spotted using the car a few days after

Alexia. When asked for comment on

why Alexia had Ben’s car, reps for

both Ben and Matt had no response.
