The genie’s out of the bottle: Christina Aguilera’s

ego, that is. The singer’s diva demands have made

her the subject of loose talk behind the scenes at

Disney, which is in discussions with her to work

on the soundtrack for the live-action remake of

Mulan. “They want Christina on board to a point,

but she’s expecting a seven-figure paycheck for

doing very little — and they expect her to work

for it,” says a source. Disney wants at least one

new original song from Christina, the source

adds, but the singer is “dragging her feet big time.

She thinks that, as one of the company’s most

famous former child stars, she’s in the driver’s seat

here – but she couldn’t be more wrong.” Disney’s

talking to the former Voice coach out of respect

for tradition — it’s not a done deal. “Christina is

way too big for her boots, and once you think

you’re bigger than Disney, you’re in trouble.” ★

We’ll never be royals — and Sarah Ferguson won’t be one again either if
Camilla Parker Bowles has anything to say about it. “Fergie is all but back
with Prince Andrew,” says a source. “But she’s waiting on Prince Charles’
approval for it all to go public.” As the future king, he has a say. But it’s
not Charles who’s stonewalling them, it’s Camilla! “There’s no love lost
between the women, especially because Fergie was so firmly team Diana.
Camilla uses every opportunity she can find to prove Fergie shouldn’t
be welcomed back,” says the source. The latest? The former Duchess’
ostentatious spending habit at restaurants, which has hit the press in
England. Camilla believes royals should be more frugal in these tough
times, “something Fergie doesn’t trouble herself with,” adds the source. ★

It’s all about the talent — at least ahead of the Primetime Emmys

next month. HBO is reportedly sparing no expense to keep Barry star

Bill Hader happy following the recent breakup of his marriage and

leading into awards night. “HBO is very sensitive about Bill’s well-being

and they’re doing everything they can to make sure he’s not getting

overextended.” That translates into lots of perks, including a 24-hour

driver and assistant on call, says the source. “They don’t want him

stressing out in L.A. traffic or worried about little things like getting

his own groceries. He’s running his own business from the backseat of a

blacked-out SUV and being shuttled around by underlings.” We’ll tune

in to see if the royal treatment pays off with a statuette... ★
