The theme of the house is fusion of
contemporary and traditional home. The
house feels modern at the outside and on
entering the house, one would be well
aware of the fact that how airy and well lit
is the interior. The house simply reflects
the minds of the residents which makes
one feel homelike.
The ground floor has a front parking
space with a small lawn with a veranda, a
drawing room, a powder room, a kitchen,
a lobby - connecting rooms and housing
the dining room and the stairs. There is
a living room for the morning tea and
watching television. There is a bedroom

with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The

backyard has a lawn and a gazebo. The

ground floor also comprises the servant

room and bathroom.

The first floor has three bedrooms

with three bathrooms, one of which is the

Master-Bedroom which too has a walk-in

closet, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi in it. All

of the rooms have their own balconies.

The first floor also has the sound-proof

home-theatre with a Dolby Atmos setup.

There is a huge lobby in the centre

connecting the rooms and the floors with

the stairs, also housing the Mandir.

The second floor is especially designed

to have parties. It comprises of a large

terrace garden and a large lounge with a

bar in it adjoining a pantry and a powder
