room. The terrace garden has stairs
that leads to the roof that is said to be
the deck, divided from the water tanks
and the AC compressor units.
Mr Singh has intellectually
decided on the style and design of the
bedrooms. He shared, “Every bedroom
has enough space along with huge
cupboards with ample dressing rooms.
Attached bathrooms are equipped with
rain-showers and large mirrors. Every
bedroom has its own balcony with lots
of greenery to breath in fresh air. Each
bedroom has its own colored themed
curtains and linen that goes with the
paintings and the upholstery”.
Singh is an avid traveller and he
loves collecting artefacts. He said,
“Most of the artefacts have been bought
from OMA, Delhi and Vanity Box,
Chandigarh. Furniture was brought
in from various places in Kirti Nagar,
Delhi, Rajpura, Chandigarh, Some of
which was custom built. The Agriya
white marble for the floors came in
from Udaipur, Rajasthan. The windows
were made to order by FENESTA. The
lighting is done by TISVA”.G
