SANJAY DUTT’S AUTOBIOGRAPHY - UNTITLED

Literary Endeavours are always priceless and that’s what The Priceless Petals is all
about. A non-fiction book by author Dr. Ritu Kamra Kumar which is a collection of Dr.
Ritu’s writings published in different newspapers and magazines. The author Dr. Ritu
Kamra Kumar is working as Associate Professor in the Post Graduate Department
of English, Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. This is her second book.
First one was ‘Configurational Coordinates of Woman’s Space in Select Novels
of Shashi Deshpande’. Giving details about the book, Dr. Ritu said, “The Priceless
Petals is a collection of my thoughts, an autobiographical endeavour on various
subjects, crystallized and transfixed through write-ups which got published in various
newspapers.”She added, “For me the book is many things rolled into one. It is an
outcome of unhurried reflections away from professional pursuit. While compiling
the anthology, I found myself on the path of self-discovery. I believe that the write-
ups encased in the book with expression of love, laughter, liveliness and longings are
part of human delight, despair and destiny.Published by Authors Press, New Delhi,
the book is divided into six sections- Blissful Bonds, Candid Contemplations, College
Colours, Feminine Finesse, Festival Fiesta and Seasonal Spells and Societal Subtleties.
“When articles are based on personal experiences and observations of societies
respond to situations, they come straight from the heart and strike a chord with the
reader”, the author adds.

Ever suffered the collective flatulence of eighty co-passengers while sailing on a serene
Asian river? Or called out for rescue in true Bollywood style while locked up in a minaret
in Persia? Or had to cross a pack of hyenas en route to the loo?
Dreaming of glorious sunrises and architectural marvels in exotic places, Sudha often
landed up in situations that were uproariously bizarre or downright dangerous. Tongue
firmly in cheek, she recounts her journeys through the raw wildernesses of Borneo and
the African savannah, into the deserts of Iran and Uzbekistan, and up the Annapurna
and the Pamirs, revealing the quirky side of solo travel to side-splitting effect.
Punctuating her droll stories with breathtaking descriptions and stunning photographs,
Sudha invites readers on an unexpected and altogether memorable tour around the
world!

that point in his life when he was debuting as an actor in the film ‘Rocky’, and it was at
the same time when he lost his mother Nargis Dutt. His story will take the readers on
a journey through his life, told from Sanjay Dutt’s perspective. Be it substance abuse,
heartbreaks and encounters with multiple women, his stint in the prison, his bond with
his father Sunil Dutt, returning to the big screen, and his family after going through all the
challenges-- the actor is said to bare it all in the untitled book.
