city’s favorite eating joints -Purple
Rice, Burgrill, Uncle Jacks and
Maple Bake Shop now all under one
roof in December 2017 in sector 35
Chandigarh. After the success of
Highstreet, he has come up with
‘Bazaar’ in Elante. Vipul brought
together different chefs, different
owners and a variety of food in one
central location. When asked how this
is different than a typical food court,
he said, “It is about creating a more
intimate experience and a sense of
place that makes it unique”.
