FOOD PORN

changes in a blink of an eye and I
believe so is our relationship with food. I
really can’t stick to one combo, like with
yummy cheesy fries from Uncle Jacks,
Pan Asian Delicacies like Dimsums
from Hibachi, and a glass of Gin...Wait
...wait..wait and to end a desert from
Brooks, jaw dropping combo...what
do you say?
Can’t control your happiness?
Yes , Uncle Jack’s: American
Grub by Mr AnkushArora,
Fusion of Pan Asian
Flavors from Hibachi
Express, Wok tossed
meals by Wokman, Indian
Fusion food by Choti Si
Dastaan, Jaw dropping ice
creams from Brooks and
Chandigarh’s first gin bar
by Peddlers are all
under one roof.
There's
something
for everyone
here. For
those who
are on
the move
and wish
to have a
quick bite,
Wokman
offers fresh,
healthy and

made to order Wok Boxes where guests
have the option to choose their choice of
noodles/rice, sauces and proteins. The
guests are empowered to design their
own perfect meal. French fries lovers
will want to sample Uncle Jacks, serving
up sticky and spicy racks of French fries
along with a really addictive mac 'n'
cheese.
To keep you going, there is a full bar
with sourced beers on tap and craft
cocktails that don't mess around and
yes Gin with 12 different flavours. If the
beer and booze hit a little too hard, you
can grab a coffee or espresso drink at
Uncle Jacks, before siding up to their
neighbour, Brooks Ice Cream. You can
finish off the whole desert experience
with one of best desert creations, such as
lavender vanilla, caramel and chocolate
in either cup, sundae form. Authentic
sushi, Pan Asian Delicacies like
Dimsums and its signature Pre plated
meals are prepared by Chef Vadim Shin,
corporate chef at Hibachi has introduced
a new twist to the Hibachi Express
menu by offering for the first time in
the Tri-City Donbury and Ramen Bowls
which are Japanese form of meals fused
with Asian flavors, so if you've been
missing them, now you know where to
find them. A mini version of Dastaan,
'Choti Si Dastaan’ where guests would
enjoy familiar Indian flavors inspired
by the streets of India. Chef suri has

introduced
Baidarotis
from the
streets of Colaba,
Bombay, Shawarma
rolls twisted in his
very own signature
Style and Kulchas from
Amritsar served in an
Italian format as Pizza
Kulchas. Founder of
Hibatchi , Wokman
and Dastaan ,
Dilsher Sukhija
said,” To be
honest, the
reason I moved
forward with
this project is
solely for the
love of food.
My purest form
of joy is in sharing
that with others”.
It's a lot to take in, but
all we can say is: Welcome,
Bazaar! And thank you for
being a friend.G
