Brazilian Cheese

You Need



  • ⅔ cup milk

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 egg

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 ½ cups tapioca flour

  • ½ cup shredded
    Parmesan cheese


Before
You Begin
Wash your
hands.

Adult: Preheat the
oven to 350°F. Spray
a 24-cup mini-muffin
tin with vegetable oil.


  1. Whisk
    together
    the milk,
    oil, egg,
    and salt.
    2. Whisk in
    the tapioca
    flour a little
    at a time until
    blended. Mix
    in the cheese.
