PROJECT // violets in the orchard
ASSEMBLY
1a. Refer to quilt layout and arrange Dog Violet
blocks into two rows of two blocks, ensuring Pink
Peach Blossom blocks meet at centre.
b. Join blocks together in rows and then join rows
together.
- Taking care, add corner units to each side of
joined Dog Violet blocks to complete quilt top.
COMPLETION
1a. Make quilt sandwich with quilt top, wadding
and backing.
b. Pin or baste layers.
- Quilt as desired. Helen outline quilted the
shapes of her quilt. - Double bind edges with 2¼" Wild Cherry strips.
- Add a hanging sleeve, if wished, and a label.
