Inviting guests to make their own custom toasts by creating an artisan “toast bar” is a great way to get any party

started. The setup is simple as most of the topping ingredients can be made ahead. Set the toppings on a table

near the grill, and then grill (or broil) your toasts to order. Your guests can get creative with the toppings, but gently

encourage everyone to keep things a bit light.
