that I invest in a car which
is practical and has all the
necessary features so that I
don’t lag behind in this
modern world.”
Tanisha chips in, “Yes, I
remember you showing me
how the infotainment system
worked in the Santro and I was
surprised to see that it even
had Android Auto and Apple
CarPlay. Do you remember
Ssmile how good the
navigation system was on our
road trip to Mahabaleshwar?
There was no lag whatsoever
while navigating across the
road map.”
The duo spoke about the
Santro’s reverse camera
feature, Tanisha said, “Ssmile
could easily park her car in the
city’s narrow lanes without
any hassle because of the
rear-parking camera and
sensor. I was also surprised
with the picture clarity of the
camera which performed
exceptionally well in the dim
lit alleys of Mumbai.”
Ssmile finally thinks that with
the Santro it has become
possible for her to overcome
the city driving fear and now
she also plans on doing an
Interstate trip with her friends.
Tanisha added, “Our trip to
Mahabaleshwar was relaxing
and comforting, and we took
a lot of luggage with us, which
could easily fit into the boot.
While returning, we shopped
for a lot of things, we used the
Santro’s rear foldable seats to
fit all our luggage inside and I
couldn’t believe that there was
still some space left in the rear.”
All of these inputs coming from
Tanisha about the Hyundai Santro
had Ssmile grinning because
she exactly knew where Tanisha
would be heading the moment
she landed in Delhi. Tanisha has
got her eyes set on a Blue colour
Santro, and hopefully, it will not
take long before she gets it. Thus,
the legend of the Santro continues
to mesmerise people with its
simplicity like it did when it was
launched back in the year 1998 for
the first time in the country.
