HOW TO
MAKE IT BIG
USING
SOCIAL MEDIA
Featuring rapper Emiway Bantai, lifestyle vlogger Mumbiker Nikhil,
singer Voice of Ritu & TikTok star Mr Faisu

The Social Media Game

The first thing that comes to anyone’s mind while
reading about social media icons is generally
fashion and lifestyle influencers, so to be able
to read about stars from other walks of life was
amazing. It is a boost for people who look up to
these stars and prove themselves or make a career

through social media. Also, to see managements
like Qyuki come up and support stars from other
platforms like YouTube and TikTok is encouraging
for the artists and gives them confidence in their
art. I cannot wait to see where this takes them and
the content they create.

SPOTLIGHT

Ditty’s Call to Save the Environment

To be able to come across a
musician who is also an envi-
ronmentalist in today’s world is
amazing. Ditty’s album ‘Poetry
Ceylon’ is calm and soothing to
the ears. Her honey like vocals is
just what is needed to give out
the message that climate change
is real. It’s refreshing to read
her story and it gives you the
motivation to take a step for the
environment we live in or rather
in Ditty’s words, “We forget we
are nature,” reminding us to take
care of it.

Parekh & Singh Making
Waves
A duo like Parekh & Singh have come a long way
and proved themselves in the music industry.
It’s wonderful to read and know how and what
inspired them to write as well as produce the
songs on their albums. It’s great to know how
their chemistry works and to know that they’ve
toured in the U.K is such a proud moment as they
represent the Indian music scene to the interna-
tional audience. I really do hope they come back
soon and in good health.

Alder Eye’s Refreshing
Rock
Good alt-rock bands are not easy to find, so com-
ing across Alder Eye was refreshing. They bring
unexpected vulnerability to the genre that elevates
the spectrum to things like fear and struggles of
addiction. I’m looking forward to know what they
have in store for us next.
