“I always have at least three lipsticks and a tiny, mini
mascara in my bag.” FULL GLAM: “I don’t really wear
makeup during the day, but I love having fun with big
looks when I have a makeup artist. I just think, if you
have the opportunity to be on a red carpet and work
with such talented people, why not be really extra?
I have fun and go crazy with it.” LIP SERVICE:
“I love lipsticks and my go-to is Charlotte Tilbury’s
Bond Girl — it’s such a sexy, easy colour that
works whether I’ve been blonde, ginger or
brunette. Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink in
Pioneer is also a favourite because it doesn’t come
off, even when I’ve been swimming or to the snow
wearing it.” SIGNATURE SCENT: “I’ve always seen
myself as a juxtaposition of many things andViktor &
Rolf Flowerbomb Midnight is too — it’s sweet with
a soft, feminine bouquet, but there’s an edge to it.
It’s so wonderful to be the face of something that you
actually enjoy, and I feel like it was fate.”SELF-
CARE: “I was a tomboy growing up, so it took me
a second to know how to take care of myself. Now
I think of beauty as a little act of self-love every
day, and I think that’s the gift that fragrance can
give you — it makes you feel more like yourself.”Skin

RITUAL: “At night, I love to mix Bio-Oil
with Egyptian Magic and rub it all over
my face so that when I wake up in the
morning, it looks like I’ve had 14 hours
sleep! It’s great for the days I haven’t had
any sleep at all.” DOUBLE DUTY:
“My makeup artist, Nathalie Eleni, is also
my facialist and friend, which is wonderful
— I get to catch up with someone I love while she

“I used to be vegan, but I was quite unhealthy —
I just wanted vegan comfort food all the time!”
BREAKFAST: “It might sound random, but I eat miso
soup every morning for breakfast. I don’t believe in only
eating certain foods for certain meals, I just eat whatever
my body is craving.” SNACK BREAK: “When I was
shootingThe Miniaturist, I was in a corset and couldn’t
sit down. So I would just have, like, four cheese toasties
throughout the day.” MORNING CALL: “Dancing
is the closest I get to meditation in the morning.
The endorphins are real and it feels great to wake up
and stretch out.” ALL CLASS: “Reformer Pilates is
like a massage for my brain. It quiets the rest of the
noise because I’m so focused. And boxing’s the same
— you might get hit, so you have to be present.”Hair & body
“I try to choose sustainable products. If it’s good for
the environment, that’s a two thumbs-up from me.”
COLOUR CHAMELEON: “Recently, I’ve had
dark hair, a blonde bob and then I went ginger.
By the end of it, my hair started falling out! They
say you shouldn’t put conditioner in your roots,
but I put it all through my hair and leave it
on the ends to keep it protected.” HAIR HERO:
“One of my favourite things about acting is
getting to change my hair for a role, but you
need a good foundation, so twice a week I do
a hair mask with Philip Kingsley Elasticizer.”
SPA DAY: “There’s a 24-hour Korean spa in
Midtown Manhattan that has a karaoke bar
underneath. So you can sing and then have
your back completely straightened out
afterwards!” STRIPPED: “I love exfoliating
treatments. I’m a big believer in snake energy
— the idea of stripping off a layer of skin and
