GLITCH EFFECT
In this project we’ll
explain how to craft
this old-school glitch effect,
just like a freeze-frame from
a 1980s video cassette.
Along the way we’ll explore
a couple of key features of
layers: Blending options and
Smart Objects. You’ll use the
Blending options command
to skew the colors, then apply
the Wave filter to a separate
Smart Object layer. You can
apply this effect to any image
