Dom's verdict Oxford Diecast continues to upgrade its

models, with the inclusion of cab mirrors here. I like the detail

to the grille and wheels. I also think the livestock trailer has

much to commend. The colour scheme is attractive and

very well applied to both units.

Dom's verdict Much anticipated, as far as I am

concerned this model has really been worth the

wait. In fact, I'd even go so far as to say I think it's

one of the best Aviation Archive castings we've

seen for some time. For a start, the cockpit, with its

super-clear canopy, is simply packed with detail,

and that same level of detail carries through to

the fuselage, wing panels, engine exhausts and

(supplied to fit) ordnance. All in all, everything

looks perfectly proportioned and the Royal Navy

scheme has been beautifully applied. Providing

a choice of display options, the model comes

supplied with both a sturdy stand (not shown

here) and removable undercarriage.
