Dom's verdict Also available in red as S1801202,

there's much to enjoy with this model. OK, so the plastic

used is a bit '70s' and the fit of some components isn't as

perfect, as I'd like, but, in all, this looks good and I can't fault

the paint finish or the amount of detail at this price point.

Dom's verdict I can't find much background information

on this 1901 Burrell 8nhp DDC Showmans Locomotive No. 2351,

liveried for Graham Vincent & Sons of St Blazey, Par, Cornwall.

I am hoping enthusiasts may be able to tell us more. Detail and

decoration on OD's charming casting, though, is simply super.

Dom's verdict The days of these impressive leviathans

are long gone, but how often do we still refer to rollers as

"steam''? This model sports excellent wheels and a roller

that has lots of internal detail. The addition of chains and

the fine lettering is a plus.
