Dom's verdict Sorry Oxford Diecast, but I really don't

like the toy-like wheels on this model, nor the black lining

to the side windows. For me, they spoil all the effort that's gone

into reproducing the mosaic Police livery and all the fine work

put into the grille and lights. And are we missing a roof bar?

Dom's verdict The shape of this taxi is fine, although

the lack of mirrors is quite noticeable. I have no issues with

the paint finish but I have to say that the printed sweep

tends to become 'bitty' as it reaches the front wheel arches

and wings on our example.

Dom's verdict 'Diminutive' is the word here. Oxford

Diecast's newly tooled release looks well proportioned and

sports a nice interior. Even the wheels are OK. But, there's

some overspray between the colours on our sample, which, if it

affects the entire run, may need monitoring on future releases.
