Strained yoghurt
Spoon it into half
a ripe mango and top
with raw granola.

Spinach,
sweetcorn and
butterbean
burger patties
Make a burger
and pile it high
with vegan mayo,
rocket, sundried
tomatoes and
sweet potato
crisps.

Woolies
coffee capsules
These are my
favourite –
especially when
used to make
an affogato
with Woolies’
cookies-and-
cream ice cream.
Frozen crumbed prawns
Serve with chopped mango,
chilli,coriander,freshcoconut
chunks, mixed with lime juice
and coconut milk.

Jalapeño atchar
I love this on cheese
sandwiches made
with white bread.
