with vegan mayo,
rocket, sundried
tomatoes and
sweet potato
crisps.

These are my
favourite –
especially when
used to make
an affogato

cookies-and-
cream ice cream.
Frozen crumbed prawns
Serve with chopped mango,
chilli,coriander,freshcoconut
chunks, mixed with lime juice
and coconut milk.
Jalapeño atchar
I love this on cheese
sandwiches made
with white bread.
