Ugh, washing my face. “I am way too tired” Here are some reasons
that can help you remember why you want to wash your face
every night.
Washing your face removes not only makeup but the dirt and dust
that your face accumulated throughout the day. Makeup can clog
pores and is lled with all the outside elements from the day like
dirt, dust, smoke, smog, etc. The makeup acts as a magnet for all of
those things.
When you leave your makeup on too long your pores will get
clogged and that can lead to enlarged pores, acne, rashes, and
irritated skin. When you don’t remove your eye makeup it can
cause eye irritation or even infection. Mascara can cause your
lashes to become brittle and break, resulting in loss of lashes. So it’s
very important to remove all eye makeup. Always use gentle milk or
gel cleanser, not soap that will strip the skin and leave it tight and dry.

Our bodies, as well as our skin, repairs itself at night while we sleep, a fresh clean skin will also absorb your
nighttime skin care products better.

Your skin also needs to be exfoliated twice a week, exfoliate then apply your night serums and creams. Serums
are more concentrated and the molecular structure allows them to absorb faster and deeper. Using a serum you
will see results in about 7 days. Always be sure to have a skin analysis done with your Aesthetician to be sure
you’re using the best products for your skin.

If you nd you’re just too tired before bed, then when you get home. Wash your face, then you can unwind, relax
and enjoy your evening.
