  • Go grocery shopping.

on serving platters and
dishes. Set up an area for a
cocktail bar with glasses and
napkins.

-^ Read through all recipes


again so you are familiar
with them and cross-check
to make sure you have all
ingredients.

-^ Make yogurt spread for
Shaved Summer Squash
Salad. Refrigerate.


Morning Of


-^ For the Shrimp and Chorizo Paella, slice chorizo and
peel and devein shrimp; wrap chorizo in parchment
paper and place shrimp in bowl of cold water; store in
refrigerator. Chop onion and mince garlic.


Night Before


-^ Make Honey-Cardamom Cream through step 3. Cover
and refrigerate.


Afternoon Of


-^ Prepare and bake Smoked Paprika Potato and Tomato
Tarts.


Just Before Guests Arrive



  • Make Shrimp and Chorizo Paella.
    -^ Finish making and assemble
    Shaved Summer Squash Salad.
    -^ Make Citrus-Herb Rebujito.


Right Before
Serving

Cardamom Cream
with Fresh Berries.
