from Sunrise

wrapped up last

week so I

thought I’d

share a few of my favourite

holiday shots. I want to point

out that my holiday wasn’t all

this idyllic. But the editors at

New Idea were adamant they

didn’t want photos of me

completing loads of washing,

clipping the cats’ toenails and

filing my tax return (for the

past three years). You’ll have

to follow my Insta for that

riveting content.

Having some downtime meant

I could finally pick up the

random assortment of gifts I’m

lucky enough to receive from

followers. It truly blows my

mind that people I’ve never met

go to this level of effort. Thank

you to the very talented Karen

from @allstarpetportraits who

sent me this masterpiece. I love

it. Coco, not so much. Finally, I

have a comeback when people

tell me I’m no oil painting

... ”well, actually ...”

Something about driving a buggy makes me

instantly feel like I’m a little more gangster.

At this point I was singing: “I’m gonna take

my buggy down the old town road, I’m

gonna riiiiiiide till I can’t no more”. Staff

politely asked me to keep the noise down.

Very few places make me feel as instantly

relaxed as Hamilton Island. We are so lucky

to have this spectacular reef right on our

doorstep. I took this photo from the chopper.

It’s the world famous ‘Heart Reef’. So

romantic. If it wasn’t just me and

a chopper pilot named Dave.

I slept on the outdoor bed so I could enjoy

this stunning view. See, even on my holidays

I was still watching Sunrise. That’s a strong

pun, please pay it #Punrise. This photo

eventually appeared on a foot fetish website.

I’m not even kidding. That’s when you know

you’ve had a successful holiday. This was the

view from my

room. Incredible!

have stayed in

the exact same

spot. In separate

rooms, on

separate

occasions, of

course. I don’t

want to start

any rumours.
