her inner circle is worried
that she could spiral out
of control again due to her
new boyfriend, Jimmy Q, who,
according to a pal, is just looking for
his 15 minutes of fame. “Those who
know him think he’s only dating
her to help his image,” the friend
says of the model. “He’s been on the
party scene for years and tries to be
in the right place at the right time.
He’s all about his career.” Despite
his reputation, Kelly, 34, is happier
than ever with Jimmy, 31, by her
side, which is why her friends are
unsure whether they should tell her
to kick him to the curb. “Jimmy’s
put a smile back on her face, but
there are concerns she’ll end up
heartbroken,” explains the
confidant. “She went through a very
dark time and nobody wants to see

It’s been less than two months
since Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
welcomed baby No. 4, but the rapper,
42, is already insisting on having
another one! “He grew up as an
only child, so he vowed to build a large,
loving family,” shares a source. The
only trouble is that after welcoming
their last two babies via surrogate,
the pair have no more embryos left.
“Kim would have to undergo more
grueling fertility treatments,” says the
source, noting that at 38, she’ll “have
a lot less luck” retrieving viable eggs.
“So Kanye wants to put plans in motion
now, before they get any older.” Still,
the hardest part may be convincing
Kim to get on board at all. Adds the
source: “She’s content with four.”
