see each patient succeed in starting or expanding their family. Established in 2010, our clinic is one of the only private
practice infertility centers in our state. We offer a state-of-the-art medical facility, conveniently located in central
Mississippi, and provide a wide range of treatment options from cost-effective, conservative management to the most
advanced therapies available in Assisted Reproductive Technolog y (ART).
Dr. Randall S. Hines, the medical director of MRM, has more than two decades of experience including academia,
research, and private practice. Dr. Hines is one of only three board-certified Reproductive Endocrine and Infertility
specialists in Mississippi. Dr. Marty B. Gebhart is a board-certified nurse practitioner of more than two decades and
utilizes all infertility treatment options, including intra-uterine insemination (IUI) and has a particular research interest
in pre-implantation genetics. Our embryologist, Dr. Aldo Esterhuizen, brings decades of expertise to our onsite ART
laboratory, joining our staff from the largest infertility and in-vitro fertilization (IVF) center in South Africa, performing
more than 1,000 IVF procedures each year. She has expertise in male factor infertility and its treatment through IVF.
MRM takes pride in being the treatment facility of choice for many patients across the Southeast. We accept all major
insurances and no referral is necessary. We provide ovarian reserve (egg supply) testing, male and female infertility
evaluations, IVF, and complete surgical evaluation and management of all conditions related to infertility. We have a
donor egg program for patients with limited egg supply. We offer oocyte (egg) freezing to preserve fertility for patients
planning to defer parenthood. We also offer complex genetic screenings and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis to
