“Auditioning.
I was actually in
Atlanta shooting
a TV show and
had to self-tape.
I got two callbacks
and went to L.A.
to meet with
production. Then
a couple of days
later I got the call.”RECORDING THE
LION KING MOVIE...
“Was super interesting.
It was recorded over
a few months
and I was
on a huge
white carpet
with cameras
and mics all
around.”I WAS IN THE
RECORDING

“Shahadi who voiced
Young Nala, and Seth
Rogen and Billy Eichner,
who were the voices of
Timon and Pumba.”I THINK DOING VOICE
WORK COMPARED TO

“This is my first huge
voiceover and it’s
different from regularacting because you’re acting
out scenes only with your voice
so you have to make sure you
bring that element.”IF I WAS OLDER I WOULD HAVE

“Timon, because he’s really,
