TOKARA 10 YEAR

OLD POTSTILL

BRANDY

The base wine for this

brandy is made from

Chenin Blanc grapes

from Stellenbosch

vineyards. After five

months in stainless-

steel tanks at 0°C,

the wine is distilled in

a copper pot still. In

the Cognac tradition,

it’s double-distilled

and only the heart of

the distillate is put in

French oak barrels to

mature for at least

10 years. It’s a silky,

complex brandy with

a long aftertaste.

Drink it neat, with ice

or with a little water.
