If you travel a lot, bring Metamucil packets
with you in your purse. It’s diffi cult to eat
healthy when you’re on the road, so this is
the perfect solution to stay on track.
Have fun trying diff erent recipes! Adding
Metamucil to smoothies, muffi ns, and
milkshakes will add variety to your regimen.
Start the challenge with the mind-set that
you’re making a lifestyle change. Getting

Creating the habit
of taking Metamucil

lead with enthusiasm. Thankfully,

and it’s easy to travel with. I
travel constantly for work, so

my purse has been a lifesaver.
