The property,whichisimproved byadwelling, will be sold in an "as
is" condition and subjectto conditions,restrictions and agreements of
record affecting the same,ifany,and withnowarranty of any kind.
Terms of Sale: Adepositof$ 65,000bycash or certified check. Balance of
the purchase price to be paid in cash within ten days of finalratification
of sale by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County.Interest to be
paid on the unpaid purchase money at therate pursuant to the Deed
of Trust Note from the date of sale to the date funds are received
