his wife Gail,of NewYorkCityand her
cherished brother Stephen P. of South
Boston.She leaves hernieces,Dorothy
and EmilyfromArizona. She is also
survivedbyher closest friend,Ann L.
Reardonandmany, many friends who
have missed herdearly.

High School and was agraduate of
Boston StateCollege. She received her
Master’sDegreefrom Fitchburg State
College.Kathleen was alanguagearts
teacher forthe CityofBoston Schools
and lovinglypassedalong her passion
for literature to her students. She
taught the elementary, middleand
highschool level overthe courseof
her careerand lovedeach class of her
students fromthe veryyoungto the
oldest. She wasanavid readerand she
was thatperson onewouldgotofor
arecommendationfor agoodbook
.Kay’s senseofhumor waslegend-
ary. Forany get-together, there would
alwaysbemany, manylaughs and lots
of stories to bring joyand happiness to
all who wereinvolved.
Kaylovedtotravel and hadmany
adventuresand journeys to remember
and relate to all of herfriends and
family. Herloveoflifeand thejoy she
broughttoothers will notbeforgotten.
