D. (Carver) Gayne. After graduating
fromSomerville High Schoolin1955,
Bob enlistedinthe United States Air
Force.Four yearslaterhewas honor-
ablydischarged andearned adegree
fromBurdett College. Afterabriefstint
as an accountant at State StreetBank,
Bob found his true professionalcalling
as aplumber,acareerheenjoyedfor
over 40 years. Bobwas the beloved
husband of thelateBette Lou(Oliveira)
andbrother of thelateLeo Gayne. De-
votedfather to LeoR.Gayne of Somer-
ville. Bobalso leaves behind many
nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
In addition, Bob received excellent care
andunlimited kindnessfrom thestaff
at Mount Auburn Hospital, theNeville
Center,and fromYvonne MunjiofBea-
conInHome. An avid walker,lifelong
RedSox fan, and devout Catholic, Bob
was well knownon his walkingroutes

Richard wasthe devoted husband
of NancyP.(Kelly) Hovsepian.They
celebrated 61 joyfulyears of mar-
riage. He wasborninBoston, MA,on
November 22, 1936, to the late George
andCharlotte (Mooshekian) Hovsepian.
He wasraised andeducatedinNewton,
MA.Richard proudly served in the
101stAirborne Divisions of theU.S.
Army from1954-1957.
He wasaresidentofHollistonfor the
past 55 years. He workedatanumber
of companiesinthe foodservice distri-
butionindustrywhichincluded Rykoff-
Sexton,Sysco,and US Foodservice.
He held avariety of senior executive
positionsculminating as Presidentof
theNew England region for severalof
thosecompanies.
In addition to enjoying time with
hisfamily,Richard was an avid golfer
andlong-standingmember of Franklin
CountryClub andCedar Hammock
CountryClub in Naples, FL.Hehad
previously volunteeredasalittle league
baseball coach andareligiouseduca-
tion teacher.
