them.Beforeusingoneforthefirsttime,
seasonit byplacingyourpanovera lowheatuntil
it is hotenoughtomakea dropofwatersizzle.Pour
in enoughcookingoiltocoverthebase.Takeoff
theheatandallowtocool,thenwipeouttheexcess
oilwitha kitchentowel.Whenyouwashit, usehot,
soapywater.Neverputa hotpanin coldwater.
Alwayswashbyhandtoavoidrust,andafter
washing,dryimmediatelyandcoatlightlywith
vegetableoil.Overtime,thepanwillblackenand
develop a coating that becomes virtually non-stick.

smooth.Pourintoglassesand

on each rim.
