porkribs
2 longredchillies
½ cupcharsiusauce
2 tablespoonssoysauce
¼ cup orange juice


1.Heatoilina 5-litreslow
cookeronsear(high)setting.
Cutribsintopiecesthatwill
fitintocooker.Cookribs,
inbatches,untilbrowned
allover.
2.Finelychop1 chilli.Combine
chopped chilli, sauces and

juiceina jug,thenbrush
overribs.Adjustsettingto
low.Placeribsinslowcooker
andpouroverremaining
sauce.Cook,covered,for
7 hours(seetip).
3.Removeribsfromsauce
and cover to keep warm.

Adjustsettingtoreduce
(high).Bringsaucetotheboil.
Boilfor5 minutesoruntil
sauceis thickenedslightly.
4.De-seedremainingchilli
andcutintolongthinstrips.
Drizzleribswithsauceand
top with chilli,thenserve. 
