Be imaginative

with your placement.

A line of bright neon

colour just in the inner

corner or lower lash line

is fun, as is a line in your

crease – it’s not too

much and just flashes

up when you

blink.

TIP:

Another sure-fire

and relatively easy way

to add bright colour is

the double cat-eye. First

create a black liquid line,

then add a graphic pop-art

coloured line above once the

black has dried. If you’re

brave, ditch the black and

just create the wing

with colour.
